Denny LaVé is a Catholic husband, father of six, entrepreneur, adventurer, and former monk. He cofounded Precision Precast Erectors, leading it to five Inc. 5000 awards before stepping back to mentor business leaders and prepare for political service.

Denny’s life has included scaling radio towers, motorcycle treks, and near-death experiences—all shaped by faith, grit, and healing.

Outside work, Denny devotes himself to wife, Gina, and their six sons. He practices his Catholic faith, coaches lacrosse, and reads extensively. He enjoys golf, sailing, and grass-fed steak.
